Trauma Nurses treat patients in a state of emergency, and handle urgent situations where the cause of injury or disease isn’t yet known. They can work in hospital emergency rooms and other chaotic environments, and often need to coordinate with doctors, family members and other nurses. As a Trauma Nurse, you’ll be saving people’s lives every day.

Salary:

$60,000-$70,000 dollars per year

Education:

Even if you earn a bachelor degree (BSN), it is recommended that you become certified as a trauma nurse specialist (TNS), or a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN). This may be accomplished through the Board of Certification in Emergency Nursing. The certifications are awarded after you pass the 16-hour course.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Autogenic training is a relaxation technique developed by the German psychiatrist Johannes Heinrich Schultz and first published in 1932. The technique involves the daily practice of sessions that last around 15 minutes, usually in the morning, at lunch time, and in the evening. During each session, the practitioner will repeat a set of visualisations that induce a state of relaxation. Each session can be practiced in a position chosen amongst a set of recommended postures (for example, lying down, sitting meditation, sitting like a rag doll). The technique can be used to alleviate many stress-induced psychosomatic disorders.

Salary:

The do not have a salary it is more of a technique then a job that they have to practice in order to get calm.

Education:

There is no education needed for this, this is just a way to calm one’s self

on September 11 2014 there was a terrorist attack on the twin towers and the pentagon. People were devastated when the found out about that and while that was happening the president of the united staes was reading books to children. I don’t personaly remember it but I later on found out about it and realized how devastating it really was.
